If the cartridges are not being recognized by your printer OR do not work on your printer, please try the following troubleshooting steps: (1)Remove the toner cartridge and the drum unit. Turn off your printer and unplug the powder cord form the wall. Let the printer sit without powder for about 2 minutes. (2)Turn on your printer without the toner cartridge and drum unit installed. Wait until the printer finished booting up and then re-install toner cartridge and drum unit.
For improve print quality steps: (1)For toner cartridges, please try to take the toner out and shake it for around 10 seconds, and then reinstall it to see if it resolves your issue. (2)If the issue still persist, please try to clean the corona wire of the drum unit. You can clean the corona wire by moving the colored tab on the drum unit back and forth several times. (3)Please be sure to return the colored tab back to its original position before you install the toner back in.
